The service

Guitarvio automatically edits guitar videos recorded with a single camera. It is operated by Petr Kočiš, Elišky Přemyslovny 434, 156 00 Praha 5 – Zbraslav, Czech Republic, company ID (IČ) 14301440. Contact: [email protected].

Free use

You can edit up to 3 videos a day, each up to 5 minutes long, for free. Free videos are 720p and carry a Guitarvio watermark.

Subscriptions

• Monthly: $7 a month, 60 minutes of finished video per month.
• Yearly: $59 a year, 1,000 minutes of finished video per year.
• Subscribers get Full HD 1080p videos without a watermark. We count the length of the finished video, after the start and end are trimmed. Each video is counted once, other formats of the same video are free.
• Unused minutes do not carry over to the next billing period.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• If you are a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw within 14 days of purchase. Write to us and we will refund you.

Your videos

You keep all rights to your videos and music. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service. You confirm that you have the right to use everything in the videos you upload, including the music. Videos of subscribers are kept in their library for as long as the subscription lasts and 30 days after it ends. Videos of signed-in free users are kept for 30 days, other videos for 7 days, so please download what you want to keep.

Fair use

Do not upload illegal content or try to overload or break the service. We may limit or close accounts that do.

Liability

We do our best to keep Guitarvio working and your results looking great, but the service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Consumers keep any protections they have under the laws of their country.
