Who we are

What we collect and why

• Your videos. The video you upload and the edited versions we create. We use them only to edit your video and let you download it. We do not publish them, sell them or use them to train AI models. Subscribers keep their videos in their library while subscribed and 30 days after; signed-in free users 30 days; everyone else 7 days.
• Your email address. If you subscribe or sign in, so we can run your account, send you sign-in links and receipts.
• Payment details. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We receive your email, plan and payment status.
• Your IP address. To apply the free limit of 3 videos a day. The daily counter is reset every day.
• Cookies and local storage. A sign-in cookie (only if you sign in), a referral cookie for 60 days if you came through a partner link, and a list of your recent videos stored in your browser so you can find them again. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

Who processes data for us

• Stripe – payments and subscriptions.
• Cloudflare – network delivery and security of the website.
• SMTP2GO – sending sign-in emails.
• Google and Facebook – only if you choose to sign in with them; we receive your email address.

How long we keep it

Videos: while subscribed + 30 days (subscribers), 30 days (signed-in free users), 7 days (others). Account and payment records: as long as your account exists and as required by tax and accounting law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of it, and you can object to processing. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Czech data protection authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).
